The role involves maintaining legal compliance, filing regulator returns, advising on governance requirements, and managing decision-making body meetings. They ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations, including climate change initiatives. Collaborating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, Governance Officers support effective organizational governance.

Responsibilities include record management, preparing compliance documents, advising on document requirements, and addressing climate change considerations. The role extends to managing meetings, producing governance documents, and contributing to the organization's development. Governance Officers demonstrate autonomy, strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder influence while reporting to the Head of Governance.

18 month programme followed by a 5-month End Point Assessment phase.

If you pay into the apprenticeship levy this if 100% funded at £11,000.
